UD Redemption--R U KIDDING ME!!!!

So I was waiting for a 07-08 SP Authentic Tyson Chandler-"By the Letter" card #ed/75 to be redeemed. Finally, UD said they did not have this card so the would send something else. So what do they send me...........................a friggin' pack of 06-07 Ovation (by the way it had nothing in it except base cards).

I am sending the openned pack back to UD with a nice letter stating how much I enjoy their product.

I know I was only getting a Tyson Chandler card. I wasn't expecting a MJ or LeBron auto in return but I think they could have done a little bit better than that.

Its possible that it was the "Bonus" item they include with your redeemed card

They sent me a pack of UD MVP with my KG Exquisite redemption. I got a Kobe Auto as a replacement for the KG and the free pack, but they were both in the same envelope.

The pack was marked "bonus" but that was the only thing in the package.
