School scare

My little sister came home today saying someone wrote on the bathroom walls/stalls that they were gonna blow up her high school tomorrow. From what she says the state police, dogs, and all kind of other stuff will be there from 6-4. Everyone is freakin out..a lot of the sister's friends arent going..the sister doesnt want to sit through lock down tomorrow morning (they dont allow them to talk) so she's gonna go sometime in the afternoon.

Like my mom said, if the school thought there really was something to happen they probably wouldnt even open school tomorrow.

Man, there is too much of this stuff lately - personally, I'd call in sick tomorrow...rather be safe IMO...stay safe!

thats intense...we have a highschool where i live that had about 6 bomb threats in one week...crazy the things kids do these days

Yeah, thats what I would do!

I remember back when I was in 11th or 12th grade someone called and said something about it..we all had to go out to the football field and sit for like half the day! Of course, nothing happened. But if something did its not like sitting on the field would have helped any...its too close.

Another thing you need to realize is that a lot of kids like that do stuff to just get attention, or the desire they get simply comes out of seeing the reactions to things. I know it's a serious threat and I would legitimately be scared as well, but most of the time the person is just talking it up to see what might happen.

It is pretty scary,but I dont think anything will happen. Just someone being stupid.. and thinking its funny. Which its not.

Yeah, I was thinking that also. I really dont think anything will happen but its good that the school is going ahead with everything to make sure. I know from when I went there everyone wrote all over the bathrooms with stupid stuff..I'm sure it was just someone wanting to be funny or scare people. Who knows...maybe someone thought they could get a day out of school by doing it..

Back when I was in High School, we had some guy call a bomb threat in from an outside phone at the school. The funny thing is that while he was calling it in, a window at the classroom was open and the teacher heard him calling it in. He also preceded to write on the one bathroom wall "There is a bomd in the school". We didn't see much of him after that.

we have those every day at mine. on the walls, through phone messages, puting notes on ppls cars in the student parking lot. its nothing new anymore for mine. but im in a biger area probably.
