Good Idea???????
I have a buddy that has 100K songs downloaded to his PC he purchased for roughly 1000 dollars from someone.Does anyone think it would be worth it to purchase ipod fill it up with 40000 songs and sell them on ebay?Do you think there is a market for ipods full of songs? Thanks for the look and feedback

Probably not with the Copyright law...

Agreed.
However it might be a different story if you sold someone the songs you already paid for. But copying them from someone for free, and then selling them would be a no-no.

I can't believe people actually pay for music.

Well considering it's illegal....it probably wouldn't be a good idea and 4000 songs at $1 a piece (as that's what they will generally sell for) would be in most states a felony. So yeah, not smart.

Does it actually matter if all your selling is the Ipod and just say the songs are free?

Yes, it does. The only way it would be possible would be to include the account or accounts to where you bought all the music included with the iPod or whatever it is. And any extra music that wasn't purchased would still be illegal to have on the mp3 player.
