If you know the BV's on those cards and want to confirm s/h in a PWE at your own risk, I can charge 80% off that BV, plus $1.00 for s/h, with a money order or cash at buyers' risk payment (no paypal payments on any deals not containing a tracking #).
I would usually ship the cards out well protected with DC and the PO charges between $2.09-$2.43 for 1-3 ounces and that doesn't include the handling and supply aspects. But since you need the s/h to be cheaper, that's the option I can offer.
