    NPN question.

    I have a quick question about NPNs. Do they only ship them out at the end of a production run (I mean when it says recieved by May 31 or whatever) or do they ship it dynamically (like shipping it out as they recieve them)

    I think Fleer is the only one that ships them out periodically. Donruss may too. Topps usually sends out 3+ weeks after the draw date.
