    David Lee to Nuggets?

The recent trade talks between the Knicks and Nuggets, according to NBA front-office sources, stalled because New York insisted on receiving forward Linas Kleiza (right) in a deal for David Lee, only for the Nuggets to decide, at least for now, to hang onto Kleiza.

The Nuggets, sources said, did not have enough to get Lee after withdrawing Kleiza and offering a package built around guard Chucky Atkins (who makes $3.2 million this season and $3.5 million next season) and two first-round picks.

Why would the Knicks want to get rid of such an integral part of their game? Just doesn't make sense to me....

Yeah, he is an automatic double-double, but I'm glad I traded him, as Dwight, Big Al and Brook Lopez are all having great games as of late. And Rondo is just tearing it up too...gotta love his assists! :-)

IT's a curious move by the Knicks.. Lee is very popular with the fans too. And being on denver's going to kill his fantasy value cause he'll be behind nene and k-mart

david lee is by far besides joe johnson the most underrated player in basketball. he puts up a double double in about every game and never gets talked about. the knicks would be dumb to let go of him

Oh, I'm sure he'd start in Denver - Kmart would probably be benched (sorry Matt!).
