I sent to Phil Hughes last season in Spring Training and didn't get anything back. Maybe I'll get it back this year but I can tell you, he went from being a great in person signer to a non-existent one. He used to switch cars with Jeff Karstens at SWB Yankee games.

i sent something back to him care of the yanks stadium, back around july of 08 and had yet to receive anything back from him, he is one of the rare few who i have not received something back from yet, let's hope we all start getting something back from him
