    need advice on dell scanner

    i decided to get a scanner to connect to my laptop,whats the easiest way to connect it.i didnt have a scanner and needed to scan my inventory.thanks for any responses!

    As for the scanner, did it come with a USB cord? Usually this is the most common way to connect. Unless you have an older computer you should have many USB ports to connect it to. Most scanners should come with some kinda picture instructions on how to hook it up.

    Molly is right, most scanners come with a usb cable that connects to your PC/Laptop.
