    4 year old shoots babysitter

    JACKSON, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Deputies say a bizarre shooting Sunday night involved a 4-year-old wielding a shotgun.
    The Jackson County, Ohio, Sheriff says some teenagers were babysitting some younger children in a mobile home just outside Jackson.

    I was just looking through our news' website here and saw that. Gee, that must've been one really mad 4 year old! I dont know why a gun would have been left out for the kid to get to in the first place.

    That was exactly my question. I understand kids may know where their parents keep them, even if they try to keep them where the kids can't get them, but knowing how to load and chamber a round shouldn't be common knowledge for a four year old!

    And how would they get the babysitter for child endangerment? For stepping on the kid's foot? Apparently it wasn't the babysitter's house, how would they know there was a shotgun in the other room?

    that seems a little far out...it will be hard to charge either party...they will plea that the child is disturbed and that the babysitter didnt know about the gun...it will be a mess...sucks to be the babysitter tho...must have hurt
