I got to see this entire game - bad defense by both teams for most of the game, but the Hornets were able to keep Kobe under wraps in the 4th quarter. Paul and West were excellent, and Hilton Armstrong is the Hornets one player who played consistently great defense. Lakers had to jack up all kinds of threes because they didn't establish much in the middle. Odom also got hurt in the first half, and he was on fire, so that didn't help the Lakers. As much as Phil Jackson whines and b****es about Odom, he can't do without him, so he should shut his trap and appreciate Odom when he plays.

Why are so few discussing this game while 72 replies are in the Boston thread? Not many on the West Coast, or many late night people?

Yup, I saw the whole game as well, defense was not good at all this game. CP and West just dominated the entire game

i agree, phil complains alot about odom but yet odom goe's down and now he feels the difference without him, and the lakers D sucked once again and this has been the turnout every time they have no D on the floor and plus were down 3 players now Farmar, Walton, and now Odom now lets see how we fair against the Warrior tomorrow.
i guess not, there more celtic fans vs laker fans

yea me either, the lakers with so much at stake (15 game home streak and 2 up on the hornets) they would have brought there "A" game to this and didnt take it like a walk in the park, but they did and now they suffered there 6th loss and it wasnt to a bad team unlike the celtics which have now loss 2 in a row, Knicks and Bobcats which are both Sub .500 Teams which imo a worse loss to take, but lets see now how the lakers deal with 3 key players down against a pretty decent warriors team which beat boston

Tough loss, what can you do, it happens? At least they didn't loose against the Bobcats...

Nah, but did they did lose to the Sacramento Kings earlier in the season, who have an even worse record than the Bobcats.
