    Magazine Collections

    Do you collect magazines? Which ones? Any certain reason you collect them?

    I used to collect several...Maxim, Gear, Stuff...basically because I bought the first few and just kept going. But I've moved several times in the past few years and big boxes full of magazines are super heavy and take up a lot of space. Now I only keep certain ones that have something that interest me or are collectible...mainly Car & Driver, Forbes, Rolling Stone, and I kept some of the Maxim and Gear.

    We have a huge box full of Nascar Illustrated and Nascar Scene. We had a subscription to both for almost two years but now just get the Illustrated. Other than those I have a Taylor Swift collection. Everytime she's on a cover I get it..even if its a magazine that I dont even read. I have a big stack here and was able to add the Your Prom cover today. I'm still in search of a few from last year that I didnt know about.

    I have a collection (small, but still a collection) of multiple sports magazines - ESPN, Sports Illustrated, Sporting News, a handful of Becketts. I also have multiple Diabetes magazine (Diabetes Self Management; Diabetes Forecast) that I keep for reference, as well as a few years worth of Scientific American Mind.

    I also try to get any magazine with Kevin Garnett on the cover, but the cost of magazines is so high now that I have missed out on several recently. But, I have about 8 different with KG on the cover I believe.

    I get every single magazine that Taylor Swift is on the cover of. I've missed a few,but I've seen them on ebay. :) Even if it's not a magazine I would read, I get it jsut because shes on the cover. And there's usually an article about her inside :)

    Use to collect White Dwarf but they just went up to 8 bucks an issue and its basically just a glorified catalog now... not worth it... :(
