    I personally have used DA cardworld and Blowout for boxes...Ebay is always best for singles.

    I buy most of my stuff off of Beckett dealers. I find their prices on singles to be much better than Ebay.
    There are a couple of my local shops who sell on there named Sports Card City and First Pitch Discount and I also buy from Slapshot and Rainout on a regular basis.

    Sportlots.com for singles (non-GU and autos mostly), most are very cheap w/ cheap shipping too. eBay for harder to find stuff and when I was buying boxes Dave and Adams or blowoutcards, very similar so whoever has the best price at the time is the one to go w/, lol. DA usually has an on-line redemption code available too for a discount.
