    Crazy Inmate story

    http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcont...e.17038ed.html

" A judge subsequently ruled he was competent to stand trial. "

Now what kind of nonsense is this....When do you rule a person unfit for trial? After he eats himself to death?

While disturbing it shouldn't have been a surprise to anyone. Texas has some of the strictest Laws concerning murder. I also think he should still be given the big charge. Otherwise he will go into a mental ward and then be declared mentally cured. Then he will get out and forget to take his pills and lo and behold he will kill again.

i personally believe if you kill someone , you should be killed the same way or worse.

I don't think killing people the same way or worse would solve anything. To me, that would make the person killing just as bad as the other.

Ewwww. That's disgusting. It's hard to even imagine. I know he's crazy, but gosh. Yuck.

Sometimes life is hard and the criminals or violent offenders are hoping for people to be soft. It takes people that are different than the person who thinks that all life is sacred. Remember an Eye for an Eye.

Just kill the guy and get it over with. This guy is doing more harm to himself then killing him. He pulled out his eye? What?!

    A) Why would the wife marry him? She must've known this guy was a damn nut.
    B) Why would she have children with him?

Gah, these people are just freaking sick.

Yeah, but it makes people think twice about killing someone
