2006 Topps Draft Picks and Prospects Chrome Silver Refractors 145 Vernon Davis $50.00 or $12.00? bv (it does say "REFRACTOR" above the card number and has a silver border on the front but isn't serial #'d--I'm stumped--silver bordered refractors should be #'d to 99)

Andy, I think the SILVER part of that refers to the vertical stripe on the left side of the card that has the player's name and position, not the border. I think all of the Chrome cards and refractors have a silver border.
I could be wrong, but I have 2 cards of the same guy, one is Chrome Black and one is Chrome Brown, and that's the difference.
