Got my first three NPN's last week. One was a UD Elements Baseball Redemption Card. I was pumped at first because some of the prizes are amazing. However, my redemption card literally produced nothing. I entered the code into the website and my prize history shows nothing. So, after several painfully long calls to Marshall in UD's customer service, they told me to send them the card back and they would try to replace it. I hope they get me a replacement before the redemption period expires on 11/1!
My other two NPNs were Topps ARod Road to 500's #137 and #147.
