    Banner Resize Request

    I don't know if this is the right spot to post this, but I need my banner edited to meet regulations. My current banner height is 107, and I guess I need to bring it down to 100. My banner was uploaded from website, so I have no clue about how I can edit that - are there tools here where I can make that change? Anyways, the banner I currently have is in my signature - I love it and don't want to lose it. Thanks!
