    1) Yankees- Signed CC Sabathia, AJ Burnett & Mark Teizeira, Re-signed Damaso Marte, Traded for Nick Swisher, Sign Angel Berroa & John Rodriguez

    2) Red Sox- Signed Junichi Tazawa, Takashi Saito, Brad Penny, John Smoltz, Rocco Baldelli, & Josh Bard

    3) Rays- Signed Pat Burrell, Traded for Matt Joyce

    4) Jays- Signed Matt Clement

    5) Orioles- Signed Mark Hendrickson, Cezar Izturis, Traded for Ryan Freel

    not really. we only had 6 less wins than the sox..right? we added on sabathia, teixeira, and burnett since than. i think those standings are fair.

    last i checked that wasn't the topic of this thread... Feel free to make your own thread about the Cubs WS drought. I wasn't talking about that what so ever. I was saying how the Yankees recent insane spending sprees haven't lead them to any titles, am I not correct? Once again, I dont see where I mentioned the Cubs, feel free to point that out to me though
