You could probably get small boxes that they'd fit inside and pack it well..should ship ok. Or you could mail in a bubblemailer but that could bend up the car package. I dont know what to tell you for how much to charge. I think the ones I've seen on Ebay have been $3-5.

    personal opinion

    S&H - $4.50

How to ship - small boxes are good but can be expensive. I regularly take a large box and cut it down to make smaller boxes. You can also use cut down boxes to surround the car in cardboard and then put that in a decent sized bubble mailer.

I have shipped a few diecast and via different shipping methods. One, charge for Priority Mail service and you can just wrap the car in bubble wrap and put it into a 'Double Video' box that you can get from the post office (#1096 Large).

Another way that I have actually done (but I know you should NOT do this, lol) is to take one of the double video boxes, turn it inside out and wrap it in brown paper. I usually only do this with boxes that were previously mailed to me since you're not supposed to use the ones the PO gives you since they are printed on the inside (PRIORITY MAIL) to prevent you from using them but not paying for Priority Mail service (and I would never do this). Shipping usually runs about $3- $4 for this type packaging.
