    Same happened to me at a shop in TN. 1 pack missing and the auto was gone. Oh well, win some lose some. They do say that the odds are on average to contain an auto. Maybe that was one of the unlucky boxes. Hopefully they help you out though.

    they should send u one i had a similar situation with 06-07 chrome busted the entire box and no auto only had 3 refractors and like 24 doubles worst box i ever opened
