    Advice on Card Storage!

    Hi there,

I'm relatively new to the hobby, and just wondered if anyone uses Ultra Pro albums and pages (9 pocket) and what your opinions of them are?

    Many thanks!

Haha, I always battle myself with storage issues too.

Currently I've decided to put top loaders for GUs/Autos for PC and other regular cards such as RCs/bases/inserts in 9 page pocket pages.

They are really good I think and helps me organized.

for my more commons i use the ultra pro 9 slot pages and albums...i alphabetize by player last name

for higher end cards i buy screw down cases, put team baggies over them so they don't get scratched, and put them standing up in vault like boxes

Ultra Pro pages, top loaders, penny sleeves, etc, are, IMO, the best brand out there.

Thanks for your input guys, very much appreciated! I'd just read a few stories of cards becoming bent etc in the pages, so just wanted to ask people who actually use them. My GU and auto cards are stored in either toploaders or screwdowns, but it's the lower end cards that would be housed in the pages........better get me some Ultra Pro stuff then!

I use the 9 card pages for all of my Bulls base/commons/low-end inserts. So far no problems with them. Keep everything else that's of value in penny sleeves and toploaders

i keep sets in 9 pocket pages so i can flip through them. everything for my player or team collections i keep in top loaders.

i've read stories about the pages too, but i haven't noticed any problems other than the cards near the rings getting bent. just be careful when holding a binder. i used to stack them on top of each other and i think that caused some cards to get ring indentations.

I only keep oversized cards or boxed sets in those pages. Most of mine are in shoeboxes. But I suppose the pages are a convenient way to store cards.
