Texas Rangers Fanfest 09

Hi, today I went to my first ever fanfest. It was great except for the cold weather (30s, it probably is nothing for all of the people in the north, but in Texas, that's rare). I only got 4 autos, but they were all pretty good ones. Here are the pics:

Josh Hamilton signed a baseball and card:


The auto on the card looks just like the auto I got TTM.

Michael Young signed a mini helmet:

Michael was a last minute addition as he wasn't even on the schedule. I heard that he is the toughest IP signer on the Rangers.

Ian Kinsler signed a 8x10:

I waited over 3 hours to get this one with the north wind blowing behind my back.

Chris Davis signed 2 cards:


I wanted to get Neftali Feliz since he is the Rangers' No. 1 prospect but I couldn't since the lines were so long and it was so cold. But I still had a good time; I got to watch the catching clinic that Jim Sundberg was doing. The bad thing was, they weren't giving out free tickets to whoever went on the tour. Oh well, at least I got 4 stars of the Rangers. If anyone was there, please tell me what you got. Thanks

I forgot to post this, but my sister got an auto before the gates opened. She got the Rangers Captain.



I hope she doesn't start collecting autos too. If she does, I would have to share all of my autos with her.
