    Anyone hear van Gundy today?

oh my god hes such an idiot. they were talking about all star EAST reserves for center and he says andrew bynum.. to justify this he says because andrew bynum is from new jersey therefore he should be allowed to be an eastern conference center reserve. wow. really? and then he said something else stupid i cant remember and shortly after that he said that they should do away with the 3pt contest and replace it with a 1 on 1 contest. so van gundy wants to redesign the all star weekend completeky, sweet.

Which van Gundy? I am assuming Stan. Dude I think a one-on-one contest would be sweet. Only problem with it, no stars would do it. Ron Jeremy does say some weird stuff at times.

Van Gundy says a lot of silly things. Poor man's version of Charles Barkley, I guess.

idno to me the 3 point shootout out is somewhat boring, just watching people shoot aint my cup of tea, maybe something like the best trick shot of farthest shot would be nice

A one on one tournament would be awesome during all star weekend. Up to 7, straight up. The winner can be king of the all-star weekend for that year. hahah. Would be entertaining, except not many would participate because they might be afraid of being embarassed. But I'm sure some up and comers would love to showcase their skills, or maybe a veteran wants to show the youngsters something. Imagine if they get big name veterans to participate. Who woudn't want to see Kobe v. Lebron 1 on 1.

Even a 2 on 2 tournament would be fun. NBA Jam style.

They really should do away with the idiotic point guard skills challenge or even the shooting star event with WNBA players and come up with something new.
