Offering 100cc for an Olympic custom

The design style I have in mind involves the Olympic Rings set over top of an american flag, which has been faded out using photoshop. The card would be horizontal, and would have a space at the bottom for the autograph, saying in the whitened box "US Olympian" also faded

If someone can design something like this, I will happily give my 100cc, and if you are willing to print a bunch out in color on tagboard/ stiffer paper and ship them to me, Ill happily trade cards or pay for your time (color printer is offline, or Id print them myself)

Anyone up for helping me out?

Thats almost exactly what I was looking for- except I was looking for it to be a generic custom that I could send to everyone, and my thought was to have the rings as big as the flag- does that make sense?

Ah! I definitely get it! I was thinking that you wanted the athlete on each card so I was putting Phelps on there as an example. I'll start working on the other copy!

Pain in the ***? Not at all! Also, I really don't have any Photoshop skill. Trust me! ;) Anyway, here's what I came up with. Honestly, I don't like the quality of the rings but it was the best I could come up with unfortunately.
