    How screwed up

So since having to quit my job to take care of my father for 75-100 hours a week for which the goverment pays me 200.00 a week (saves them money from having him in a home)..

I applied for help with health insurance when my appendix started to hurt. After filling out the paperwork I was informed that I did not qualify and to qualify you have to

    A. Work 100 hours a month and make less then 400.00 a month that's less then 4.00 an hour?

    B. Have a history of drug abuse. If you are a drug addict they will give you free medical care and food stamps

The lady that was ahead of me has 14 kids and gets 800.00 a month in food and another almost 1,000.00 in cash benafits.

So they want to reward being a women and popping out 10 kids to 10 different fathers but when you are trying to help you are SOL.

I went to hospital and they told me to come back when the appendix rupture that they do not have to do anything till then. Lucky for me I had a 401 K from my last job which I cast in to pay to visit the hospital.. It cost me over 1,000 dollars for 10 minutes and 2 xrays to find out what was wrong.. Then I got another bill from the ER doctor for 200.00 for her time lol

Since then they found me insurance for 250.00 a month which is 2 weeks pay lol...
