    I've been watching them for a few months now. With the economy in the dumps (that's the only reason that makes sense to me) the prices declined by around 20-30%. I decided to get one while they're at bargain prices. I also had to reevaluate where I wanted my collection to go next. For me, this is the ONE card I wanted in my collection.
