    Andrew Bynum sprains knee

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP)—Los Angeles Lakers center Andrew Bynum left the game against the Memphis Grizzlies in the first quarter Saturday night with a sprained right knee.

Lakers officials said X-rays were negative and further tests will be done Sunday in New York. The Lakers play the Knicks on Monday night.

The injury occurred at about the 7-minute mark of the first quarter under the Lakers’ basket. Kobe Bryant was drove to the basket, missed the shot and crashed into Bynum’s right leg. Bynum immediately grabbed his knee.

Ouch. Big loss for the Lakers if he's out for any amount of time.

Wow, i wonder how kobe feels! He looks mad at himself. but looks like he is out for the season but i think he will be out for 6 weeks top and come back stronger like he did before. But lets pray for him no matter if you like him or not. Good Luck Bynum

It would seem he's done, from his reaction i highly doubt it was a "knee sprain"

sucks to, i thought the Lakers had a real chance with him starting to win it all, without him, i dont think they will...
