I began collecting everything Jeremy Accardo in 2006, shortly after he was traded from the Giants to the Blue Jays. I met him at the Rogers Centre before a game during his first homestand as a Jay and I have never met a more fan friendly player. I have met him numerous times over the last three seasons (both in Toronto and during Spring Training), and every single time he is friendly and talkative. Jeremy Accardo may not be the most famous baseball player, but he's a "good guy", and a great ball player to boot.Last edited by BBonds25; 02-03-2009 at 09:58 AM.

Thanks for the kind words everyone :)
Unfortunately Accardo was on the DL for most of last season, so there haven't been too many new additions to the collection recently. Of course the three new additions have been nice ones.
First off, his only 2009 release so far: 2009 UD Inkredible
Next, a nice pickup that completes a rainbow. I know I paid too much for this, but as I'm sure you other player collectors can understand - I just had to have it!
And the rainbow:
And while it's not a card, still a great addition. Accardo's 2005 road gray San Francisco Giants game worn jersey.
I have one more card incoming, but I don't want to post it until it's in hand - don't want to jinx myself!!!
Now the Jays just need to recall him from AAA... I guess his 1.32 ERA is too gaudy to be called up to the big club...
Thanks for the looks!
