Timberwolves IP

Attended my first Timberwolves game tonight. Arrived at the Target Center extra early and around the time the doors open in hope that I can get some stuff signed. There was a crowd over the entrance where the Hawks came out for warm ups, so I decided to stay over the 'Wolves entrance, and glad I did as well. Here's what I got signed from the players that were on the floor as they headed back into the locker room:

Rodney Carney - 1/1 trading card

Rashad McCan't - 0/1, ignored everyone who asked for an autograph, even though there were only like 7 people waiting to get autographs. Probably bitter about having to sit out 14 games prior to this game. No big deal on missing out this one.

Randy Foye - 1/1 index card (didn't bring anything for him to sign, so I opted for the ic)

Brian Cardinal - 1/1 index card

Ryan Gomes - 1/1 trading card

Sebastian Telfair - 0/1, came out from the 'Wolves entrance, where I gave him a high five, but after warm up, left out the visitor's entrance

Ed Pinckney - 1/1 trading card from former NBA player, now 'Wolves assistant coach

AL JEFFERSON! - 1/1 trading card (I honestly think Big Al was snubbed a selection to the All-Star game)

Overall, I thought I did ok for my first IP at the stadium. It's a good thing that I didn't try to graph the Hawks either because Joe Johnson didn't make the trip since he was ill and neither Josh Smith nor Mike Bibby were out there for warm ups.

Hey I notice that you're from Minnesota. Where do the players stay when they play at the Target Center. Also, are there any Vikings, Wolves, or Wild players making appearances in May. Any help is appreciated.

I haven't tried graphing at the hotels yet, but I'm assuming that the visiting teams stay at the downtown Marriott down the street from the Target Center on S 7th Street. And no, I don't know of any player appearances from the Minnesota teams in May aside from the ones for late March/early April.

Very nice! I'm in Minny too, yet have never been to a Wolves game...lol...Big Al would be an awesome IP to get!
