a Question about 2008 -2009 Topps Chrome paralells
OK so I don't have a hobby store closer than a 45 minute drive from my hometown. So I buy most of my packs from WalMart or 7/11. I collect almost exclusively football. 7/11 has been out of FB cards so I started buying Topps Chrome basketball to scratch my itch. Heres the thing Ive bought maybe 12 - 15 packs and have pulled I think 3 refractors, 3 or 4 X Fractors and 3 or 4 Orange Refractors. Sometime I got 2 refractors per pack. Is this normal? I read the back of the packs and it's refractor 1:4 Orange Refractor 1:7 and XFractor 1:6. Just wondering if this is normal or if this is a like hot box and should buy all the packs they have left. Any help is appreciated.

There are no hot boxes in chrome according to the topps site. The hobby boxes "Special" was the the Youthquake autos. Bowman had one hot box per case this year.
