HOW TO RETURN A DAMAGED CARD/pack?

hi every1... i tried my luck on a sp rookie threads today... it says 5 cards per pack but i only pulled 3 from it plus i realy felt because...

here are the pulls... please let me know what to do and how to do it? thanks

1. MARIO CHALMERS ROOKIE THREADS- Dual GU
2. ERIC GORDON ROOKIE THREADS - Dual Patch

... no auto for me and

3. LEBRON JAMES SP THREADS- Dual GU- DAMAGED ON LEFT LOWER CORNER... BADLY DAMAGED... GRRRRRRRRR..

Just call UD or write their customer service... they'll give you a case number and instructions on what to do. Then you send the card in and hope for the best.... I just sent a couple of GU's in also... not sure what I'll get in return....
