    Exclamation Pack Searching !!!!!!!!

I Found Pack Searching, To be A growing Popularity, Even kid's are doing it, puling insane card's from the Box. You know hwo else is doing it, Retail stores, such as Wal-Mart, Target, and all those other places that pre package card's and sell them in special buy two packs in one deals. Never buy from places like these or Toy's R Us They have box'es of like 8 - 22 packs in a box anywhere from $6.99 - $25.00, sounds like A great oppertunity tight, yeah ! I spent like $500 on these boxes, and only pulled A few $ 5 Chase card's....Forget About it....
Some good Rookies Though I'll Admit But not For ticket Items
I would advise saving up that change, and buying a case Of boxes if you want some great hit's... You really have to watch out where you buy you card's from. ecspecially Lot's sold over the web, there all searched. maybe a few good cards in the picture, put what's behind them are common 10 cent card's you know. Well I hope you all are aware of this phenomenon.
You can purchase what they call ''Hot" Packs from the internet gaurenteeing An auto or Jrsy Card, for like $ 10 A pop, I would'nt advise this, unless you like to Gamble, Is this Ethical, Maybe, Could Be But also can be devistating to A collector as me and you. Alot of places are locking card's up know to prevent this, like thats really gonna stopp the Manager's right ! What ever Thought I would share some insight

If you're buying retail packs solely for the purpose of pulling "hits", you're fighting a losing battle from the onset.

How do you know if the shop owner or shop employee isn't doing it?

Yeah. The only hit I've ever got from my local hobby shop is a Preston Wilson jersey card that's worth $2 dollars. I'm trying to by just boxes now.

It's hard to do that even buying unsearched hobby boxes. I'd say 80% of the time you will not get rich or have a super nice collection buying any packs in general.

I think people should stick with singles if getting hit is all they care about. Deny yourself the drug of opening wax. However, for those who like to trade, collect base, inserts, sets, etc. Even buying retail is not that bad, but it's probably better to stick with blaster boxes.

Retail is an option for those of us that do not have a hobby shop they can easily get to. I've had good luck buying Blasters from Kmart (they tend to mark the older product down to 5.99 in my area) as well as Target.

I get the itch from time to time to bust open wax and a scratch it with Blasters. Otherwise I buy or trade for cards for my PC. If I was in the Hobby to make a profit I would buy cases, but I'm not. I'm in it for fun.

I have bought retail three times this month and i've pulled some decent cards.
I've probably spent $20 all together. I went to target for the TO and my local shop for the other two.

    I pulled:
    Terrel Owens GU Jersey
    Malcolm Kelly GU Jersey
    Bill Murphy Auto (Diamondback Prospect)

But other than that, i just buy single cards on Ebay

I'm at the point where pack searching is to be expected,The thing that really pisses me off is people who buy a box take out the good cards reseal it and return it.That has happened to me twice at walmart and target and it just disgusts me.Take care Steve
