Jason Terry breaks hand
Dallas -- Dallas Mavericks sixth man Jason Terry sustained a broken bone in his left hand in the first half and missed the rest of Saturday night's game against the Chicago Bulls.
Terry, who entered the game as the team's second-leading scorer with an average of 20.2 points, took the final shot of the first half, an unsuccessful 41-foot heave.
He was ruled out of the game at halftime after X-rays revealed the break, finishing with eight points and four assists in 16 minutes.

Ouch...I wonder if he'll miss any games...if he's out, this would be a huge loss for the Mavs.

that's gunna be a big blow for them, they barely won without him and that was off pure energy and this guy named dirk nowitzki, whoever that is, they just lost pretty much all of their bench scoring, but good thing is all-star break is coming up and next 2 games before it are pretty easy home games. also like 7 of their next 8 are against teams under .500 and are all at home.

he'll beat bynum easy, he could be back like 2 weeks after the break and the mavs next 7 out of 8 are against teams under .500, i was glad to see Howard actually do something in the 4th for once, and Dirk was Dirk in the OT.

Read a "light" rumor that Jason Kidd was on the trading block. Terry would have slid into the starting PG spot. Terry's injury probably kills that. But, Raymond Felton to Dallas was a rumor earlier this season.
