How do you post scans

Not sure this is the correct forum for this - but how do you post scans in your post ?

Hey Russ, do you have a URL for the image?
if so, you can just put
or use the little moutain icon on the toolbar and then enter the URL.

for the image to show up in a post it must say "[IMG] code is On" in the box of posting rules in the bottom left corner of this page. Some forums will have it turned off if images aren't needed much, but forums like show and tell will have images turned on.

IMG code is off
HTML code is off
I just can't figure out how to put them "on"
