New Hakim Warrick, Plus Story
Haven't posted in a while so here is my newest 1/1:
Story time, gather round....
Went to the Grizzlies at 76ers game last night (2/11), which is becoming an annual game to watch Warrick play since I live close to Philly. Had awesome seats, behind the net..2 rows back. Before the game I go down and get to meet Hakim and talk with him and get my pic with him...awesome (a picture to follow in due time). Then after the game he tosses me his headband. Going to have to get it framed...no lie. Tied his career high with 31 points too. Not a bad night at all!

Sick card. Nice experience you had at the game. I like going before games to get autographs but most of the players are in too much of a hurry to get more than a couple words in.

Yeah while I was getting my pic with him (rocking my Syracuse hoodie) I asked for his jersey after the game, he said he couldn't do that but could do the headband. So he asked me where I would be sitting and sure enough looked over after the game and tossed the headband.
Also cool...got to talk to Rudy Gay during halftime because the Cuse was playing UConn. So talked hoops with him for a while. Real nice guy as well.
