When the card was originally pulled from a pack it was in a case from the factory. The case was sealed with the hologram seal at the top. the card was never intended to be remove. These cards are considered uncirculated, or untouched by anyone but the factory. There hard to find in the original case. Hope this answers your question. I couldnt agree more. You can find these on the bay all day long ripped from their case. But hard to find in the case.
