I just wasted my time emailing eBay customer support! I figured, why not!

He faked the cards to begin with, you don't think he actually cut up a flag, do you? None of them are multi-color, so they're probably just scraps of any old material. Guy's still a jackass.

With people this day and age, who knows? That is the problem, he very well could have.

While I agree that cutting up an American Flag is pretty offensive, having a way to foil stamp common cards, cut them up (the Stewart cut jub is hideous) and "creating" a perceived collectible is equally offensive.

Sadly, this is true and this guy's a jerk. Press Pass can't do anything about it as these was done POST production and he is not representing the card as "authentic memorabilia" from Press Pass.

I'm not 100% about eBay however. In the past he has stated in the auction that the card was a novelty, or custom made. This one does not say that exactly.

This could only happen to me. I finally decide to start bidding on Kasey Kahne stuff, and bid on a fake card. Haha.

The next time you see something like that, feel free to ask one of us here. We can give you a heads-up if it's a fake or not.
