Bring me your Kobe Bryant Rookies

There are alot of holes in your reasoning. Look at some key words you used to justify why it is okay to trade $72 in Kobe rc for this-->Prospect, showcase, skills and potential. I am not going to hope for any of these things to happen. Kobe is all of these things already and is a lock for the HOF and that is the reason why his cards book for what they book. You can not trade cards with a value you think it is going to be in the future and trade it at that value in the present time. It doesnt work that way. You are better off saying I would rather hold on to the card because YOU think it is undervalued.

Look at what your cards sells for and then look at what mine sells for and tell me if you would make the deal you are offering me. Every single Kobe that sold has sold for more than what the Beltre books for. You can even search Kobe's Topps rc and you will see that it sells for just as much as your Beltre au. If you still want to trade make a serious offer otherwise I will pass at this time. LMK

I don't own a price guide (haven't in years). But I will say I don't think a $20 autograph of a prospect yet to showcase his skills is worth a $20 card. There's WAY more potential of the Angel Beltre card to be priced $100 than the Kobe E-X to go up to $100. I hope you don't take my ignorance on the price of the cards as an insult.
