Here is really bad story

I won item at bay 9th, Feb.

Today, 14th Feb.

I paid through paypal AS soon as this auction ended as usual.
(Regulary I pay as soon as my auction ending if shipping fee is clear)


But he never responsed my e-mail since my payment.


He made me mad.


Today I called him

But he told only "hello" so I asked his name (like his Ebay ID his name is the same).

Then he disconnected without hesitate.


I called again but he forwared his phone to his cell phone...


Here is question

1) What should I do?
(I already made issue at paypal - paypal dispute) - yesterday

2) Is there any taiwan seller can help me with favor?




P.S. : I can't understand why I have had much trobule with Taiwan sellers include big Ebay Power Seller.

Yap..that is pretty cool card, Grading is really bad though..

That's the reason why I bid and won.
(I already have that one as PSA 9)

Maximum print of that card would be under 5.

I must be missing some of the story, but it has only been 5 days I would wait a little longer before I made a big deal out of it, you usually can't even do a paypal claim until after the 8th day, so I would give it a little more time.

But as my experience, most of people contacted after auction when I sent message to confirm my address.

But this seller didn't any response since then.
(I don't find fault with shipping now..The reason why I have been mad, this seller didn't any response about my message.)

I just want to put me two cents in... I think another thing you should consider his this sellers perfect feedback. If he has 100% positive, which he does... I dont really think you have much to worry about... Now maybe im missing somethin here, but for the most part, im with the guy above me, its only been a week! I understand the sellers communication may not have been up to par, especially considering its an international deal, you would hope the sellers would atleast be forthright in there communication... but being hes got 100% perfect feedback, id say just sit tight, your cards gonna come!

I called regiested phone # of this seller at Ebay.
somebody received phone but disconnect as soon as my "hello".(It was 8:00 a.m.)
Then phone was forward to antoher phone as soon as I re-dial after disconnecting.

I was really angry so I made paypal dispute and made thread at a few sports cards communities include SCF.

Then I called again after 3 hours (11:00 a.m.)

Somebody received my phone.

His voice was felt at least 50~60.

I said " Hello. May I speak to Ethan Lin?"(The same name as Ebay ID)
Then that guy "hum hum...?.?"

SO I said again "May I speak to Yu Sheng Lin(paypal registered name)"
Then he said "who? I can't speak Englush..!$12412$!(chinese)"

I said"Excuse me I can't understand Chinese..Would you mind talking in English?"
He said "He busy..not here..!@$!@$"

I said"When would he come home again?" then he said "later"

I said"What time would he arrive home?" then he said "!@$14"
I said like this(understanding for him)" 7 O' clock 8 O'clock 9 O'colck?"
He said " 7 ..@#$@#$"

I said " OK..I will call then Have a nice day"
he said "ok @#"

I checked for a while ago then I noticed this seller notified registered mail tracking # without comment.
But it was really ridiclous.

I think sometimes people just take a while to send out stuff and for a lot of power sellers I think some probably get so much email that they can't keep up with them.

Seems like he does not speak english very well either, so that might be reason for your communication problem. Either way seems like you're getting your card now, so everything is okay.

if you payed with cradit card through paypal call your cradit card company and they will refund it fully. happen to me once

First, above guy received my phone was his father or uncle.
(Not that seller)

second, he knew what he was doing.

Yeah..People can be busy..I understand....This hobby is not lifer except only a few guys.

But at least giving message to nofify like this ?
"I'm really busy to end of week so if you don't mind I will send you item at that time. I'm really sorry about my delaying"
(I did like that when I sold my items at bay..That is not great thing..That have to be done..because that is etiquett.)
