something verry odd from upperdeck.
I sent two damaged cards to upperdeck to be replaced sometime last year. A triple ball card of the 49ers and a drew bledsoe jersey card. well it almost took a year to get them back because of upperdeck loseing my package and getting the run around. Well they supposeidly were out of stock on my cards so i was told they would send me something diffren;t . when i got the cards the cards i did get one of the cards the 49ers triple ball card. but the drew bledsoe was not send and instid i got a drew brees jersey. The strange thing is about a week ago i got another package from them. I was shocked to recive another package. Well i opend it and it was two more replacement cards. But this time it was the same two kind of cards i send for replacement. i Now have two triple ball cards of the 49ers and a new drew bledsoe jersey card. Has any one else had this happen before? I usualy get less when deling with upperdeck for replacemnts this is a first to actualy get more than what i was supposed to get.

truffle.. You should legally not get anything less if they cant replace your cards. YOu should get more in all occasions. I havnt heard of the idea of being two different packages but you got something. Who knows though the brees jersey could equal the bledsoe jersey.. It just has to be equal bv
glad you got the cards

Your right but it just seems like i usualy get the lower end of the deal more than not. true upperdeck seems better at geting me what im supposed to but at a lot longer wait. it just seems every company's customer service dose it like that. fleer replaced my redemption for a autograph of a 2001 rookie i belive it was duce mcalister for a steve young 8.00 jersey card. at the time the mcalister auto was worth around 80.00 bucks. It took me alot of phone calls and hours of waiting on hold to fix that problem.

In 2000 I pulled a redemption card for an autographed "Final Shot" Michael Jordan floor card. It was an oversized signed card #/100 with UDA certification. I sent registered, insured and return reciept. UD Swears they never got my redemption. After months of complaining, UD sent me a CASE of 2001 SP Authentic Basketball to "cover the value of the loss" as UD put it. I was pleased with the replacement.
3 Weeks ago UPS knocked on my door asking for my signature for a parcel from Upper Deck. I havent sent in any redemption cards for at least a year. I opened the package and IT WAS THE JORDAN AUTO...3 YEARS LATER! I couldnt believe it. According to Beckett Online, the Jordan is valued at 4,000.00.
Anyone else have a redemption come 3 years late?

Yeah, if that ever happens make sure you email the CS of the company right away to get the issue addressed. I have had major problems with fleer but Donruss is very prompt in responses
