    UD and Topps losing licenses....

I heard this yesterday and googled it. Is it true only Panini will be producing NBA cards next year? Am I just late on the topic b/c the matches I found were from late Jan, but this is the first I've heard of it. I was told this would be for four years.

I think you all are mistaking Panini for a small company who hasn´t a clue about what they´re doing.

Panini is the leading company in stickers and trading cards worldwide, they are bigger and more rich than UD or Topps.

They will produce quality cards, they are not stupid, on the contrary, they are a very competent company that really studies each country individually and produces the right product for each country.

Just look what they did with soccer. Stickers for the more traditional countries (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and Germany) and cards for the more global competiotions, like world cups, euro championships and the champions league.

They already proved they know what they do. And they do it very well, so i´m sure nobody will be disappointed when their cards came out.
