That is absolutely ridiculous. Another example of race not being an issue until unfounded accusations like this are thrown around. Race will never cease to be an issue as long as people like Sen. Clyburn are around. Also, am I the only one who has never heard of this "black belt" he mentions? And I even live in it apparently.

I think its funny he he is attacking Texas, yet in the article it says the Gov. Perry WOULD accept the money. Unless i'm reading something wrong.
This is just another person wanting to get something from playing the "race card" or "slave card".
