Michael Jordan White Sox Card question

I have this card... on the front it's a picture of Michael Jordan in a red t-shirt w/ white sox written in white, the photo is just after he hit a ball so he's still swinging (I will try to attach a scan) across the top it is black with White Sox in large white letters, and across the bottom it says Michael Jordon on a white back ground w/ black letters. The back is solid white w/ all black lettering. The strange thing is there is no card number or company info saying who printed it. Also, it has his complete NBA record from 1984 through 1990, then at the bottom it converts his NBA stats to Baseball Stats. But it does not have any of his actual baseball stats on the card. I can email a scan of the front & one of the back to anyone that wants to see what I'm talking about (if I can't get it to show up in the post). I am trying to log all of my cards on beckett in my collections, but I have not been able to figure out what this card is... any help would be awesome!!
