card storage???
Quick question for all of you. I'm looking to get something to put my cards into. I purchased from M.J. Roop a few years back, one of those achiver boxes that holds cards and I absolutley love it. I now have lots more cards and need another one, problem is MJ Roop, is no longer. I have seen them on the bay but people are asking 124.99 etc..... Thats Crazy, I personally think. I mean I paid alittle over 50.00 for mine. Anyway's just seeing if any of you now where I can get another one of these. I have seen the wooden storage boxes. Anyone have these? are they worth it? etc... Any guidence with this would be great. Thanks

You can get cardboard storage boxes really cheap. I got an 800 card holder for $1 at a local card shop. A 5-row 5,000 count box you can get for around 3-5 dollars.

i checked on ebay for one of those mj roop boxes, there is one on right now, starting bid $65, shipping $10. They look nice and if you are looking for max protection and nice presentation I would go that route. I personally put all my pc cards in screw down cases and then just store them in 1600ct boxes.

if you're storing PC items...i used 1 touch magnetic holders, UV protected if an auto, and then put them in a monster cardboard box
if its graded cards you're looking to store, they also make graded card cardboard storage boxes now as well

If you are meaning commons and semistars, I use shoeboxes. If you want them nicely organized, then I would use the 5,000 count boxes. I have all my really nice cards in a 500 count box in penny sleeves and magnetic toploaders.
