    Good CD the live DVD was pretty sweet as well, my buddy was the bass player rich casey, got me back stages passes for OZ Fest the year they played the whole tour, but Best Metal for me : AS I LAY DAYING! Frail Words Collapse, and Zao "Where Blood and Fire Bring Rest, and Liberate Te Ex Inferis, plus A LOT MORE!!!

    But...Paranoid is one of the top three....

    ...Led Zepplin and KISS are two of my favorites...but hate to say it... don't really think either of them would be considered "heavy".

    I think Vanilla Fudge was pre-metal.. along with the 13th Floor Elevators and The James Gang..All good bands though!
