    how do i go about getting a silver coin graded?

    i recently bought this 1884 carson city, and i want to get it graded. whos the best? most reliable?

    First of all, that is an incredible coin. Nice pickup!

    As for grading, there are several theories as to who is the best. I would only use one of three personally, but others will probably add one or take one away...

    NGC, PCGS or ICG would be my choices. If I had to narrow it down to just one I'd go with NGC, but a lot of people say ICG is the most reliable. In any case, good luck to you and make sure to post back if you do get it graded!
