Isotonix means the same density as your blood, sweat, and tears. Isotonix vitamins come in powder form, you then mix it with a ounce or two of water. This becomes liquid form. You then drink the mixture. The Isotonix mixture then passes through the stomach and goes to the small intestine where the vitamin is absorbed. Absorption can happen within 5 minutes. Your body will absorb 90% to 100% of the vitamin.

Pill form vitamins have binders and fillers in them. Pill form vitamins sit in the stomach where they are then broken down. Digestion can take from 40 minutes up to 4 hours. Because of this your body will only absorb only 20% to 40% of the vitamin.
