Custom Advice
I know that this card needs improvement, but I can't figure out how to go about doing it. I want it to look somewhat like the National Treasures line. This is a pretty rough first draft, but I'm just stuck. I know that I want the signature box to fade out at the end but I'm not exactly sure how to start that. Anyway, any help you guys could offer would be awesome. Thanks in advance.

Maybe write in "Signature" or "Historical Signatures" etc in where the auto is supposed to go and change font of the name and the position

I like your design.I just moved a couple things around.I added a drop shadow around the player.and I copied the back ground layer and erased the player so that the bottom of the player looks faded.

Thanks for the suggestions. I switched up the design a bit and incorporated some of the advice. Tell me what you think.

Would you know how to do that with Photoshop Elements? Alot of the stuff that I want to make and I feel would be pretty simple to do I just can't accomplish with Elements because I can't find the right tool or application.

Easy way to add a drop shadow behind text in Photoshop:
1. Duplicate the text layer.
2. Right click the underlying text layer and select either "Rasterize Text" or "Convert to Object". I can't remember which one Elements uses.
3. Ctrl + U (Cmd + U on Mac) to bring up the Hue/Sat sliders. Change the Lightness to -100. That makes it black. ( I find this quicker than retyping and aligning in black text).
4. Select Blur -> Gaussian Blur with a level of 3.0. Instant shadow.
There are other ways, some of them simpler even, to add a drop shadow behind text, but I use that blur feature so much that it's second nature to do it this way.

To add a drop shadow behind the logos, etc:
1. use the wand feature (W) and select the area around the logo.
2. Invert your selection (Cmd + Shift + I in Mac) Ctrl + Shft + I in PC.
3. Feather your selection (can't remember the PC shortcut here. Alt + Ctrl + D I think? Ctrl + D maybe?) somewhere between 3-9 pixels depending on the amount of shadow you want.
4. Shift + Ctrl + N to make a new layer.
5. Move the new layer to a position under the layer that has the logo.
6. Use the fill tool to fill your selection (black obviously).
7. Use the move tool to position the shadow and the opacity slider to get the desirted level of shadow.
