im new to this site and i was just wondering what card cash is ?

card cash is not real cash...basically you can use card cash for buying cards, betting on games and playing arcade games! its really neat...youll get 50cc on your birthday...and during the sports talk nights you can also win CC!!!

They trade cards for card cash, because you can sell your card cash to other members, and you can use the card cash to buy cards from the CC Store. There are many things you can do with it.

Like JesRey said (I just realized your name isn't jersey...sorry if I've called you the wrong thing before!), there are a lot of things you can do with CC. You can buy name changes and formatting, buy other cards, use it in the CC betting forum (fun way to bet without losing any actual money), or trade it to others for real cash. As far as trading cards for it, a lot of times if you have cards you can't trade or sell (base, low-end inserts, GU/autos that no one wants to trade their cards for, etc), you can sell them for CC and at least get rid of them some way. A lot of people on here don't bother with it, but there are quite a few who deal with it in one way or another...just another fun little aspect that SCF has added to the hobby.

Where would be the best place to post base cards in exchange for cc? I've got a ton that I don't know what to do with.

Go to "Card Cash for Cards & Misc." Usually people will pay 4-5 CC per base card of their favorite team or player.
