Redemption Issue
Bloody hell I hate these card companies!!! So a few months ago at one of the card shows my dad and I go to regularly,we bought this redemption card.It was for a 2003 Leaf Rookies & Stars Lee Suggs Auto,and we paid $30 for it.A little later on that same day,I filled it out,put it in an envelope,threw a stamp on it,and off it went.So I've been waiting....and waiting....and waiting...and then for a change of pace,waiting some more.Well a few days ago I decided,this is ridiculous,we've been waiting almost 3 months now (and I've never had problems with Donruss redemptions before),so I sent their Customer Service Dept. an email.
Earlier this afternoon I get a reply from one of their customer service reps telling me they've looked up all my information,and they never recieved anything from me!And I'm starting to get pissed off now,because I know I sent this thing out.So now I'm not only pissed at Donruss,I'm pissed at the post office too!!This is bullcrap,so I sent them back an email saying could you please check again,because I know I sent it in and it was long before the first of May (when they said they started processing more),I'd really like something done about this.Not only am I out a card,I'm out the $30 that we paid for the redemption card!! ™™™?!?!? ARGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!

donruss redemptions suck lol.. i sent one away in january and still havetn gotten it!!! but tahts because they never had the atuo... they just got it in so ill be getting it soon.. well i hope all goes well and u can get teh suggs :)

i like upper decks redemptions. can do it online and just enter a code from the card. dont have to send anything by mail

yes sarah that sucks i have always had problems with donruss playoff redemptions ,they couldn,t redeem a steve young autograph for me so they sent me a terrell davis in its place saying the book value was the same ,well if i didn,t already have 2 terrell auto,s from topps i wouldn,t have minded and i also waited 1 year for my cal ripken boss hoggs redemption,i hope you can get your suggs auto did you send the redemption certified or regular mail ,if certified you can probably track it.talk to the customer service manager and explain what happened if he is a decent type he will believe you and get you your card if not a different autograph ,sorry for the long write hope all goes well take care spuds

Wow that sucks! I have had quite a few run in's with the post office. They only lost one of my packages once. The other times were the rate that they delivered at. I paid for priority mail on a few ocassions (3-5 day delivery). The package ended up getting there on a few ocassions 3-4 weeks later. That totally pissed me off! Hope your issue can get resolved!

I've always had pretty good success with Donruss redemptions. I just got 2 in last week (a Craig James auto and an Art Monk jersey/auto). Anyways, I bought an older box of Donruss a few months ago and pulled an expired redemption card for a Fran Tarkenton auto and I e-mailed Donruss about it and they said they would honor it if they had any in, so I sent it in and got the card a few weeks later.
I really don't care that much for Upperdeck though. I went online and entered the code for a Josh Reed auto I had last October and just a few weeks ago I received 2 replacement cards because they didn't have the Reed card.
Still waiting for my Topps redemtion (Tyrone Calicoe auto). Been a few weeks now.
I've never sent in a redemtion to fleer, although I received 2 basketball NPN's from them yesterday. (Big thanks to the NPN section of the forum for giving me the info.)

I havnt had any problems or redemptions with Donruss but their CS is actually the best Ive seen.. I waited almost 5 months for my aikman/emmitt dual jersey auto #/20 though from Fleer((THE WORST))

Ugh..bloody hell this sucks majorly.Now they're asking if I made a copy of the redemption cards for my records.Well no I freaking didn't because I've never had trouble with redemptions before,so I never saw a need to.AUGH!!They still haven't found it,so I guess I'm out $30 that we paid for the redemption.This is such bull...I dunno what's left to do.They 'said' they've searched their files and records and crap and still can't find it.This sucks.

Just do what I do to Donruss...........complain complain and complain............then they end up sending you a box of timeless treasures on overnight delivery so you shut up lol :D
Worked for me, just keep complaing, theyll get sick of you.
