The Big Lebowski is probably my favorite movie :).

I liked everyone in that movie.

Yeah, that's probably my favorite comedy too. I loved Buscemi in the small role he had in Barton Fink though - that had Turturro at his finest too.

The Big Lebowski should have won an Oscar, and I'm not joking when I say that...absolutely perfect movie.

I liked Buscemi in Things to Do In Denver When You're Dead...Mr. Shhh.

Better than Shakespeare in love? :)

I don't think I've seen that, but I've heard good things.

Easily! I really think it's one of those movies that gets better with time...the more you see it, the better it is. Also, when you see the crap that's being put out now, you realize just how good it was. There's nothing better than sitting down to watch Lebowski with a White Russian...makes my night!

I don't think I've seen that, but I've heard good things.

It's really good, underappreciated I think. Andy Garcia and Chris Walken are great in it.

I was kidding about Shakespeare and Love. That's what won Best Picture that year. I love Lebowski, so you don't have to persuade me that it should have won something. Walken AND Buscemi? I'm sold!

I knew you were joking...I mean c'mon...it's Shakespeare and Love. That could be one of the worst Best Pictures ever!

I just wanted to make sure - a thing like that can ruin a reputation, you know.

That was a pretty crappy group to choose from - Elizabeth, Saving Private Ryan, The Thin Red Line, Life is Beautiful...I liked Life is Beautiful, at least, but still...

That's true and film reputations are held in high regard.

I thought Saving Private Ryan was great, but overall you're right, pretty crappy selection.

I'm not a war movie guy. It was also about 45 minutes too long.
